Kevin Brett is an attorney at Bunde and Roberts. Kevin focuses his practice on all areas of family law, including equitable distribution, child support, custody, pre-nuptial agreements and protection from abuse matters. His clients appreciate his diligent and calculated approach to pursuing their best possible result.
Kevin received his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law. Kevin is an active member of the Family Law Sections of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations. Kevin is one of the youngest individuals ever elected to the Allegheny County Bar Association Family Law Division Council, and was also selected as a member of the 2020-2021 Allegheny County Bar Association Leadership Initiative Class.
Prior to pursuing a career in family law, Kevin gained experience in a variety of legal fields. Kevin was an intern for Pennsylvania Superior Court Judge Victor P. Stabile, where he evaluated legal arguments and drafted memorandum opinions. He also spent time in the Governor’s Office of General Counsel where he focused on real estate and construction law for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. While attending law school, Kevin worked as a law clerk for an international law firm’s trial-prep team. He also has experience in criminal law, having worked for the Allegheny County’s Public Defenders Office through Duquesne’s Legal Clinic.
